Today we did some sketching for ideas of what we are making for or 3D paper dioramas and shadow boxes. I am making a shadow box of a New Orleans street car at night. The diorama that I am doing is a whale watching memory from my trip to Alaska. figuring out how much detail I needed was a bit complicated at first, but eventually I got the hang of it. I hope that they come out well, and I am exited to use the computer tomorrow and learn how to use illustrator. I can learn how to use it well, then I will do lots of cool things with it.
